This Refund Policy explains when a DigiPoint order for a digital product may qualify for a refund, how to ask for a review and what happens after approval. Check the delivery and warranty details on the product page before ordering.
When a refund may be approved
- The order could not be delivered because it is out of stock or a supplier could not fulfill it.
- You were charged, but the order was not created or was cancelled.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
When a refund is not available
- A code, license or subscription has already been delivered or activated successfully.
- The activation was made on the wrong account because incorrect details were provided by the customer.
- You changed your mind after delivery.
How approved refunds are processed
If you paid with your DigiPoint wallet, an approved refund is credited to that wallet. For payments made through the other checkout methods, including UddoktaPay, Binance Pay and Bybit Pay, our team reviews the payment and confirms the available refund method for your order. These payments may need manual processing. The time needed depends on the payment provider and the details of the case; there is no single processing time for every method.
How to request a refund
Open the order in My Account → Orders and choose Request refund. You can also contact support with your order number and the reason for the request. You can follow the request from My Account → Refunds.
